The service charge budget calculator helps BlockCare Members (all levels) build a budget by prompting you on key items.

There are 8 guidance notes referring you to best practice usually the requirements of the Code of Practice for Residential Managing Agents as prepared by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

Members simply email the budget to us and we will split it between leaseholders and demand it.

& members can print or email draft budgets to a friend or fellow flat owner for discussion.
