All  members get company secretarial support to ensure that they never miss the critical filing dates for filing both the Annual Return and the Statutory Accounts.
Clients are indemnified by us against Companies House fines.
To give you this guarantee you appoint us as a Shadow Director with the following limited powers
- Sign and seal share transfers where dwellings or units are sold.
- Sign the accounts for the purpose of submission to Companies House
- Sign the Annual Return to verify the shareholders and officers of the company
The filing responsibilities for full or part years prior to our appointment remains with the Client as does the responsibility for any part year if we are instructed during a service charge year.
