Pay Block Bills
 members can use the "Pay Block Bills" page to set up recurring payments for their common parts electricity, insurance premium, cleaner, gardener etc...
We at the Leaseholder Support.co.uk will pay statutory disbursements such as the Companies House filing fee.
This leaves our Clients with the responsibility of procuring reactive or planned maintenance and using the "make a one off payment" facility to authorise such expenditure.
On becoming a Client the site establishes their regime for authorising payments this being either:
- The casting Chairman's authorisation code
- Any 2 lessee's unique authorisation codes
 members get the same tools but in you manage the bank account you post transactions to invoices/payment you make, you write the cheque also. The clever bit is the transaction posts to the service charge accounts which you build from transaction you make during the accounting year.
