Strategic Decisions
We recognise that in providing all BlockCare members with on-line tools there are key issues that occur that need our strategic input.
We have identified the most common occurring strategic issues to be:
- Collecting arrears (accrued prior to Leaseholder Support.co.uk membership)
- Preparing accounts (for years prior to Leaseholder Support.co.uk membership)
- Changing lease(s) to enable service charge collection in advance
- Extending leases to 999 years (where the Client company already owns the freehold)
- Deciding whether to continue to collect ground rent
- Should we de-regularise so we don't need to call Annual General Meetings (AGM's)
As part of our Client integration process we direct Clients to the strategic tools area theses services are extra on a pay as you go basis, so that we can deliver them real value that otherwise an Agent or Solicitor would probably charge them handsomely for.
