To Serve notice to "Claim your Right to Manage" you now need to form a RTM company
- Buy & Download documents to form RTM company
- Visit www.companieshouse.gov.uk to check the name you want for your RTM Company is available
- Get 2 leaseholders willing to be subscribers / Directors to the company
- Visit local solicitor & pay £5 to have him/her witness the company incorporation forms
- Prepare forms & send to companies house with cheque for £20.
- Wait to receive your certificate of incorporation confirming your new RTM company is ready.

- You cant buy an off the shelf company as
- The objectives of the company have to include managing the property you want to claim the right to manage on and
- The form of the Memorandum & article of association is set down in law
- Your application could be invalid if your Memorandum & Articles of Association are not compliant
